Absolutely bad service. Eternal waiting times even though it was relatively empty. Service staff had serious problems with the German language. The beeping and ringing from the kitchen is absolutely annoying. The employee at the counter didn't know how to cancel things in the cash register. NEVER AGAIN! While I was still waiting, 3 people left.
We're just disappointed. The shake tastes like it was bad. Wrong burger exchange was not possible, although we had ordered and paid for large burgers, we got cheeseburgers. The employees hardly understand you. Well, never again from us !!
The Burger King offers delivery service. Great idea. To achieve this, the employees do great things every day. Hats off.

Food is good .. unfortunately only foreign workers who can hardly speak German You have to ask umpteen times. I'm not really happy with that. In addition, my grandson would not be served because he did not have a mask and was not needed by the legislature ... I don't think that's okay.
Been back to Burger King in a long time. And deeply disappointed. Long queues and overwhelmed staff. Not what you would expect from a "FAST Food" branch. Tables are not disinfected after use and neither the guests nor the staff pay attention to wearing the masks. The food looks better than it tastes, but it is disappointing in every respect in terms of taste and is rather bland. The "iced tea" was rather watery and the staff prefer to go to tables with friends and laugh and talk loudly instead of clearing full trolleys with the trays. So we'd rather go back to the competitor.
That was probably the last time I'll get food there. Cleanliness seems to be a foreign word in all areas. Waited a long time for the order, the apparently new employee tried hard but unfortunately forgot part of the order. The rest of the existing employees, including the shift supervisor, were looking for motivation. Ice cream and milkshakes were "sold out", which was the rule instead of the exception. Branch back then TOP now absolutely FLOP!
Eating as usual, not exactly fixed, but complying with cleanliness and hygiene rules or taking measures against corona does not seem to be so popular here. Possibly. should something more happen
I am super disappointed. We went to eat there last night. Let's start at the bar. The service was super unfriendly and downright lame. I've never had to wait so long for my order to be placed and made. After 7 minutes we finally had our meal. Is that supposed to be fast food? Without a request we would not have got any sauce with the fries. A burger was also missing. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. Who knows how long they waited for us. The sauce for the chicken fries was also missing. I am completely disappointed.
Check your food before you leave. Often they give wrong burgers...
Food of the usual quality is top. Staff friendly but not particularly quick! My wife and I sometimes have to wear a mask all day at work at Burger King that is not the case! We also have to wear a mask as a guest! ?? So please some equality in the future
A guest came in and was laughed at by the staff because of his elaborately designed mask. So that I and two other guests could hear that very well. You can have your opinion on how others look, but you don't have to make fun of a company employee so much about the guests.
Very bad staff. Today when I ordered THREE I had to request missing citizens and in the end there was still a wrong citizen inside. And there were only two customers in the shop at the time. Unfortunately, I had to experience earlier that orders are often executed incorrectly here.
First time there everything ok so far. Food has been warm as it should be. Second home delivery made because I had good experiences on site. Delivery not recommended. 16:51 ordered came 18:15. Delivery time should be 5:45 pm. Eat everything cold. Big disaster. Unfortunately there is not one for on-site deliveries.

We were in the restaurant for about an hour, but none of the staff found it necessary to empty the already overcrowded cars. So that the customers have left their garbage. The service otherwise is great! Fast again at the moment and we had everything. The staff are friendly. The children have opportunities to play and the ? are also clean. For the time being, I didn't take a step in with children. Vlt changes that again. It's actually a super run restaurant. Pity!
